At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that intimate apparel and final sale items are excluded from our standard return policy to ensure hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original LaceMade packaging, ensuring all vintage-inspired tags and delicate trims remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
